We’ve had the pleasure of working with some incredibly talented crews. We’d like to thank productions for giving us the opportunity to work on these projects and trusting in us to provide your gripping crews and equipment on set. Here’s some highlights of the latest projects we’ve been working on.

Quoted from Greg Hackett Director's web page 'This call to arms for ‘ordinary extraordinary’ candidates shows a prison officer’s diverse range of experiences. It challenges preconceptions about the role, where you need to be peacekeepers, counsellors, teachers and teammates all rolled into one.

In the summer of 2021 we had the opportunity to provide crew and equipment for the BBC teen drama ‘Rebel cheer squad’. The project was a fully packed shoot for Netflix and the BBC which utilised all the toys, including cranes, dollies, remote heads. We had an absolute blast working for Hamish Anderson (director of photography) and Tommy McMahon (operator) and the rest of the dedicated and amazing crew. We had a great Grip crew with a core team of 3 people and then up to 9 people on our big 4 camera and crane days. It was a pleasure to work with everybody involved.
TIBERIUS B - Big deal - Award winning Music Video
We had a fabulous time shooting this music video for Tiberius B in our home of North Wales. This low budget music video shot 16mm film came up trumps and won several awards. Not only were we incredibly happy to be shooting in North Wales but we were also very humbled to work with such a talented and lovely crew. The project was directed and choreographed by Saskia Dixie @saskia.dixie , shot by the amazing Zoe Que @badboycupid and produced by Celeste Kennedy Doig @celestekdoig.
It was probably our wettest but ‘funnest’ project to date and we think that comes across in the video.
BENTLEY CONNECTED - Commercial
Bentley connected app commercial. DOP, Sam Coombes. Luti Media.

You can’t go wrong filming snazzy cars. We had a blast shooting this Bentley commercial in January of 2022. Sam Coombes (director of photography) very kindly took us along on this one for Luti Media and Bentley.

The shoot had some gruelling split night shoots but with a wonderful crew we all got through it. We provided grip crew and equipment for the final block of the job and had the pleasure of working with a fabulous crew. DOP Julian Hohndorf was a pleasure to work for and even though the job was primarily hand-held we did manage to get some lovely rigs in and enjoyed using our alternative ‘hand-held’ rigs to save Julian’s back.
CAN YOU HEAR ME? - Feature film
Twilight, Nurse Jackie and Supergirl actor Peter Facinelli has been set to lead World War One movie drama Can You Hear Me?
Downton Abbey’s Matthew Barber and John Standing (V For Vendetta) have been cast in supporting roles.
In the mystery-romance, Facinelli will play Samuel, an American officer who is shot while fighting on the front line in 1918 France. The soldier “makes a bargain with the ‘Almighty’ to return to his bride in England, until the last bell tolls”.

We provided grip crew and equipment for the feature film ‘Can you hear me?’ shot in rural Shropshire in early 2022. The crew on this job were an absolute gem to work with. August Jakobsson IKS (director of photography) and Simon Hunter (director) made this film look beautiful with the help of a brilliant and talented crew. Experiencing the trenches was one of the most incredible on set experiences that we’ve had. Thank you to the great team that we had the pleasure of meeting, working, and socialising with. We’re looking forward to seeing it on the big screen.
